Size: Smaller than expected. You can think of it as about the size of an adult's index finger. It's small, so it sticks on neatly. Installation: Since it's a prefab house, I was hesitant to drill holes in the door, so I used the included 3M double-sided tape instead of the screws. When drilling the iron plate, the noise was quite loud, so I was worried about disturbing the neighbors, but it can be easily secured with tape. Usage experience: There is a slight 'click' sound and a feeling of resistance when turning the lock. This click sound feels more luxurious and pleasant than I expected. It was a very satisfying purchase at an affordable price!

I tried to install it because the warehouse door didn't close properly, but it fits perfectly and I'm happy with it. The quality seems to be aluminum-like, but it's light and sturdy, and the quality looks good.
